1. Voluntary participation. I voluntarily agree to participate in the Ask Your HOA beta program operated by Intellica Group LLC, doing business as AskYourHOA. I understand that participation may be limited, changed, suspended, or ended at any time.
2. Beta service. I understand that the beta service is experimental, may contain errors, and may be unavailable or changed without notice. It is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
3. No professional or official HOA advice. Ask Your HOA provides informational responses based on available community documents. It is not a law firm, property manager, HOA board, or government agency, and its responses are not legal advice or an official decision of my association. I will verify important information with the appropriate association representative or professional.
4. Information and feedback. I authorize Ask Your HOA to collect and use the enrollment information I submit, along with beta usage information and feedback, to administer, evaluate, secure, and improve the beta program. I will not submit confidential information belonging to another person without permission.
5. Feedback license. I may provide suggestions voluntarily. I grant Ask Your HOA a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve or develop its products and services, without an obligation to compensate me.
6. Assumption of risk and release. I understand the risks of relying on an experimental service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I assume those risks and release Intellica Group LLC, Ask Your HOA, and their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from my voluntary beta participation or use of beta information, except where a release is prohibited by law.
7. Electronic signature. By checking the acceptance box and typing my full legal name below, I consent to sign electronically and agree that my electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature. The date and time of acceptance will be recorded.
8. Governing law. This agreement is governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
